Our approach
What every program is designed to deliver

The Junior Blues Basketball Program is a free six-week initiative delivered through a partnership between the National Capital Blues Foundation, MLSE Foundation, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, and HoopStars. Designed for youth ages 12–24, the program provides access to basketball instruction, mentorship, and leadership development in a safe and inclusive environment. Through sport, participants build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections while developing the skills needed to succeed both on and off the court.
