About the National Capital Blues Foundation

We’re an Ottawa-based nonprofit supporting at-risk youth from diverse backgrounds through access to sports, mentorship, and resilience-building programs.

Our mission

Sports. Mentorship. Opportunity.

We help young people thrive by creating safe, supportive spaces where they can build confidence, learn life skills, and feel a sense of belonging.

Through sports access, mentorship, and resilience-building experiences, we work alongside youth and families across Ottawa to open doors to opportunity—on and off the field.
