Resilience Lab
The Resilience Lab is a dynamic, youth-centered program designed to build confidence, leadership, and emotional strength in young people across Ottawa. Through mentorship and structured skill-building, participants develop the tools they need to navigate challenges, build healthy routines, and reach their full potential.
Rooted in community and guided by positive role models, the program creates a safe and supportive environment where youth can grow, connect, and thrive.
Program Breakdown
The Resilience Lab is delivered through a structured six-session journey, each focused-on building essential life and leadership skills.

Resilience Lab supports youth who may be navigating stress, change, or barriers to opportunity. Through consistent mentorship and guided activities, participants practice real-life skillsโlike goal-setting, communication, and problem-solvingโwhile feeling seen, safe, and supported.

We meet youth where they are. Sessions blend movement, mentorship, and guided reflectionโso skills feel practical, not theoretical.
Mentorship & check-ins
Consistent, caring adults and near-peer mentors build trust through regular check-ins and encouragement.
Skill-building activities
Interactive exercises focused on goal-setting, emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
