Our Founder & President Devon brings over 25 years of community experience, including roles as a youth soccer coach, youth group leader, as well as a youth worker with YSB. As a Staff Sergeant with the Ottawa Police Service, he has launched numerous initiatives for at-risk youth in Ottawa, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to youth development and empowerment. His efforts have significantly impacted the community, providing essential support and guidance to countless young individuals.

Co-Founder & Vice President

Our Co-Founder & Vice President Barmak has been a dedicated volunteer with various organizations, bringing years of experience to the community. His leadership skills have greatly benefited Ottawa through his involvement in planning numerous youth and community initiatives since 2012. Barmak’s commitment to service has made a lasting impact on the lives of many in the Ottawa area.

Joanne Pilotte

Treasurer

Joanne is a true leader with extensive knowledge and experience in finance and organization. A long-time supporter of youth initiatives, she actively serves on multiple community committees. Joanne’s dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on local youth and community development.

Kelly Ledingham

Kelly is a dedicated volunteer who plays a pivotal role in organizing and logistics. Her extensive experience benefits both the National Capital Blues Foundation and the youth in our community, making a significant impact through her committed service.

Sable has been instrumental in advancing the mission of the National Capital Blues Foundation. Her impactful contributions and dedicated efforts in the community over the last few years have demonstrated her commitment to promoting our programs, fostering greater awareness and appreciation for giving back. Her leadership continues to inspire youth in our nation’s capital and beyond.

Gillian Cross

Director

Born and raised in Mississauga, Gillian Cross has been living in Ottawa for over 20 years. She has a lifelong passion for team sports, appreciating the camaraderie and sense of community they foster. With a love for travel & adventure, she is always seeking new experiences.

Gillian has 23 years of experience as a paramedic & currently serves as a Superintendent in Operations. She finds great fulfillment in serving the community, which led her to the Ottawa Capital Blues Foundation.

Dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, bringing years of invaluable experience to the board. His passion for mentoring is palpable, and his commitment to fostering positive change is evident in every interaction. Kevin not only understands the needs of the community but actively engages with its youth, inspiring and empowering them through his leadership.
